Membership Of The Marion Lake Club
offers a Lake James golf membership option that suits you. Our challenging course and friendly staff ensure our members will enjoy bringing guests out for a drink, as well as perfecting their game.

DUE PAYMENT CYCLE:
ANNUAL: All dues and chosen amenities payable within 15 days of the first billing quarter. Check, Cach, or Credit Card accepted.
QUARTERLY: All dues and chosen amenities payable within 15 days of the first billing quarter. ACH or Credit Card must be on file and billed automatically.
MONTHLY: Total membership amount, divided into 12 equal payments over the course of the year. Payable within 10 days of the first day of the billing month. ACH or Credit Card must be on file and billed automatically.
**Shareholders will receive a $50 credit off of their first bill of the year**
Late Fees
- At 15 Days – Loss of all member privileges.
- At 30 Days – $35.00 late fee.
- At 60 Days – Additional $35.00 late fee (Total $70.00).
- At 90 Days – Additional $35.00 late fee (Total $105.00).
- At 90 Days – Membership will be terminated.
- To be reinstated, all delinquent dues and accumulated late fees ($105.00) must be paid in full, along with a $300.00 initiation fee.
- Note: Memberships must be canceled prior to the next quarterly billing date. Otherwise, members remain responsible for dues either prorated or in full at the time of cancellation.
